The Transformation of Krannert Leadership
The Doster Leadership Conference (DLC) is designed to refine the leadership skills and professionalism of Purdue University student leaders by engraining a life-long drive to achieve unsurpassed leadership, academic, teamwork, and moral excellence.
- Freshman students will learn to lead themselves
- Sophomore students will learn to lead others
- Junior and Senior students will be applying mentorship and leadership skills learned at past Doster Leadership Conferences
Our goal is that DLC will become a 4 year transformation for students in which they attend as a Freshman and Sophomores and are able to lead as a Junior and Senior. DLC is 100% student organized and 100% funded through generous corporate and individual donations.
